Our stay was for 1ngt for Chinese lunar so we could mix with the festivities the hotel was lovely staff where great room was nice and quiet and comfortable cleanliness was very good but imo could do with a make over but on the whole very nice stay oh also tv could do with a few western channels

Everything was good bitter disappointed without swimming, gave a alternative pool from another hotel nearby , never been the same as what you paid for, without any notice, if I knew what it would be happened , I’ll not booked it for sure , cost me over £120 per night, just not right

My Review

This hotel was at one time a 5 star, however, carpets in main areas were dirty and worn. My room was without hot water for several hours, once this was fixed the water was brown. I requested a room change but was denied and told to let the water run which i did and after 90 mintues it cleared up. This place needs a serious upgrade. Staff were very nice.

Never ever !

Not at all friendly staff. They are all very rude and did not provide us a single service. Especially the housekeeping staff was acting dumb and not responding. The room did not have enough facilities. Even the toilets did not have basics like conditioners.the quality of bottle waters and the tea provided is so low class. Will never ever recommend this place to stay to anyone.
