Noisy due to coaches next door hotel
We were given room 223 which was okay but basic. The main problem was our room backed onto another hotel with the coach parking underneath our bedroom window. Coaches were coming and going all hours of the evening and morning so very little sleep.

The room and bed were as depicted. Cleaning staff did well, daily. The hotel has a lift and it is functional. The staff were reasonably polite and accomodating. The hotel and its appointments were in disrepair. Shower had warm, not hot, water. Air con was poorly maintained and aggravated allergies. TV was old CRT with not maintained cable cord for snowy channels. With nominal maintenance and repair, it could easily be a 2 star facility. 3 star with superior service and amenities.

Nice hotel friendly staff and helpful too Close to everything beach 10 minutes walk shopping all around plenty of restaurants and food stalls Place could do with a painting but other than that it’s good value Aircon is good and hot shower too

Cheap place.. don't expect much.
You get what you pay for.. Its a dated hotel and needs major revamp. The bathroom wanted a lick of paint and some grouting.. small tasks but you can tell it never gets done.. the air con was so weak even after asking twice for it to be looked at (if it even got looked at all)

Room was great size was in deluxe room bed was comfortable was concerned about other reviews regarding staff but found them very friendly and pleasant was a little upset with being charged 500 baht for early check in considering room was ready but if this is hotel policy what can you do would defimitely make the LK grouo my first choice for my next trip
