Worst experience ever. The property manager can't understand English at all and was so arrogant when we reached the property. They also took extra service charge & cleaning charges which are usually not taken anywhere else as they are included in the charges paid to book the property and they don't hand the property keys if you don't pay these charges. In fact after paying for all these charges & room tariff the wifi was not working for the whole day. Also no nearby market area around the property which makes it a bit deserted and won't recommend this property if you are coming for 2-3 days in Pattaya as everything is far & no service provider. The property's water park is good but overall not worth the money you pay.

Didn't have the room we reserved & paid in advance for & offered a check out after first day of 10 with refund for 9 days unused . We checked into a hotel elsewhere . Followed up by notifying Expedia & the Atlantis lied & said no refund was ever offered. Not true.

Nice spacious condo
The agent who hold the keys is difficult to get hold of. She speak little English. I.had a bad experience with her last time. She confused me to paid extra for cleaning. And tell me to go find some where else. Got to be very carefully that they try very hard not to refund your deposits..apart from that . The whole site is cozy . My condo is clean.pool water is muddy.needs to change water.location is ok. Some nice restaurant just cross the road

1) It is confusing to have separate one off service charge and cleaning charge. These should be included in the online payment through hotel.com altogether. Even with this additional chg. The price is still good but the unexpected additional create embarrassment. I don't people read every single words on the adv. 2) Staff are polite and helpful. . 2) The gym is great but drinking water dispenser, which is almost expected by everyone is not there.

Whilst this condo appears reasonably priced, do take into consideration that there will be a 10% service charge added plus 800 Baht or more (depending upon your length of stay) for cleaning. Pack extra towels as they do not provide any for the swimming pool and this is a condo and not a hotel service. The security of the premises was very good but there are no safety deposit boxes in the room.

The hotel is a condo I book 2 bedroom which is big size for 5-6 person can sleep. Pool is big with small water park for kid. Kid love it.

Arrived at hotel at almost 2.00pm on day booked. No one could tell me where to check in and who had keys. Spoke to very rude and unhelpful indian guy behind a desk who offered no help and was rather annoying. By luck i bumped into a Thai women who had Key and let me into room and took money for the week?. Took picture of my passport and left. I thought i was charged by my credit card when i booked?

Excellent overall..... Including Price. Only things that need improvement is two inclusions on the website that were not accurate..... They are.... On the hotels.com site it states one housekeeping per stay, I stayed for 5 days so required housekeeping on the 3rd day to find out that housekeeping was only done on checkout and if I wanted it done then I had to pay. Stated free WiFi which there were problems connecting to then it was cut off after the first day but apart from that it is a very clean place to stay and the cheap price is a bonus.

ดิฉันอาจไม่ได้เช็คให้ละเอียดก่อนเพราะต้องมีการจ่ายหน้าห้องพักอีก 850 ดิฉันคิดว่าจ่ายครั้งเดียวคือจบเลย ดิฉันจึงผิดหวังมากเพราะไม่เคยเจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้มาก่อนค่ะ เท่ากับว่าห้องไม่ได้ลดราคาเพราะจ่าย 2 รอบค่ะ 770 ภาษี 30 จ่ายหน้าห้องพักอีก 850 บาท เท่ากับว่า 1650 บาท ดิฉัวว่าไม่ได้ลดจริงอย่างที่โฆษณาไว้นะคะ ไม่ประทับใจเป็นอย่างมากค่ะ

Ok rum. Litet men det funkar för 2 vuxna och två små barn. Dock smutsig soffa och brännhål i lakanen i sängen. Polen ok för barn. Vi fick bara en nyckel med bricka för att ta sig in och ut i byggnaden. Vi frågade efter en till nyckel, men hon hörde aldrig av sig....Stället verkar att falla sönder sakta men säkert.

좀티엔이랑걸어서10분거리이고나이트마켓은걷기에는먼편입니다.저희는오토바이를렌탈해서다녔기에 큰불편함없이잘지냈구여,만약자주나가는젊은분들이나오토바이없이지내야하는커플단위라면 불편할수있어요.. 가족단위의휴양이라면 특별히멀리나갈필요없이 좋은수영장에서휴양하면강추입니다 그리고입구맞은편에좀티엔에서가장저렴한 마사지샾있어서 아주좋았답니다 결론은 우리가족단위의 여행객이라면 추천하고 이리저리 만힝다니시는여행객이라면 위치는그닥좋지않아요^^

Over charge for cleaning room(800฿ per room which is not included in room rate in expedia), and charge 10% for service. One key man for contacting during the long stay, just bring you a key card but no service at all. This place is not a hotel but condominium. I'm not happy for that.

เป็นคอนโดมิเนียม ไม่มีพนง.ประจำต้องโทรตาม มีการเก็บค่าเซอร์วิชและค่าทำความสะอาดอีก 880 ซึ่งพนง.บอกว่าเรียกเก็บครั้งเดียวไม่ว่าเราจะพักกี่วันก็ตาม ดังนั้นถ้าจะพักให้คำนวนค่าโรงแรม แล้วต้องไปจ่ายเพิ่มอีก 880 ด้วย มี 7-11 อยู่ด้านหน้าไม่ไกลจากคอนโด ที่พักมีที่นอนปิคนิคในห้อง พนักงานจะให้ปลอกหมอนและผ้าปูมาปูเองในส่วนที่นอนเสริม ไม่ได้เตรียมไว้ให้ล่วงหน้า แต่ตอนที่จองเป็นการจองสำหรับ 4 คนไว้ล่วงหน้าแล้ว ขนาดห้องเหมาะกับพัก 2 คนหรือครอบครัวที่มีลูกเล็กมากกว่า
