"My stay at Hyatt Place was overall very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the experience was pleasant, especially thanks to the professional and welcoming security team who greeted us warmly. Her level of professionalism and service was truly exceptional, making our experience even more memorable. The access fee for pool for my guests who visiting me during my stay was quite expensive. Additionally, the toilet lid in the room was not soft-closing. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, and I would definitely consider coming back."
