"The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are great and you have a nice rooftop bar. Also the pool was nice and the location is perfect in the middle of the city of Makassar. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. From the hotel you can easily take a boat trip to Samalona Island. It takes only 25 min. "Well its not the Ritz, its not the cleanest or best looking hotels. But the beds are lovely, the water peessure is perfect and the pool is a great escape from the hot sweaty streets. One guest who arrived early had to move rooms because of condition of 1st, then the hotel boiler failed resulting in loss of hot water throughout hotel and restaurant was temporary pending refurb.
