In the Cheap Area
Blood on the pillow and sweat stains inside. Two pillows for three people and they'll charge more for extra. (Eventually gave us one). Make-up on the covers and other foreign marks spread over the sheets. Too far out from the beach / 200 Baht taxi ride away each way. Pool is tiny and almost constantly in the shade. Perfect for single blokes or young couples, or old men who want the more dingy areas / bars. Not good for families at all and they will charge you for absolutely anything and everything with a lovely smile The staff are friendly but cannot speak a word of English, so gave up trying to explain stuff too them. Beware of the lift as it will trap your arms or body like a vise like grip if your not quick enough to enter fully into the small confined space The room was overall dirty, needed a lick of paint and a good scrub, they gave us a room which overlooked another hotel and a great big massive electric pylon which zapped and sparked every 10 minutes, you could almost touch it - not good if you have children who like to climb and touch stuff

Clean and New Hotel
Room very spacious. Clean and tidy during check inn.Free wifi. Got swimming pool. Hotel still new. However need to rent a motorbike to go to beach and shopping mall. So far everything is good.

Spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff.
I was really impressed with this hotel. As far as value for money, it was exceptional. The rooms were cleaned everyday and all the bedding and towels were replaced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You had to walk for 10 minutes to Jung Ceylon shops then another 5 to the beach or catch a taxi but I enjoyed the walk. There was plenty of small restaurants and the 7/11 shop was opposite. The hotel itself seemed to be near new.

Nice hotel!
Staff weren't great at English but very friendly and let me check in at 5am. The rooms were very nice and modern and very clean! About a 2km distance from the beach and busy areas so still nice and quiet. Especially great for the price. Would stay here again

Big room, clean n comfortable! Got tv n refrigerator n also a safe! There is a pool n shower room in the ground floor which is very gd! I have a night flight back, so day time after check out, we can go to beaches n enjoy sunset. Then back hotel shower b4 heading to airport! Just the water not hot enough n sometimes a bit cold. But its fine for me as phuket is very hot! They got bike for rent! N nearby also got other bike renting store. Restaurants, convenience stores n massage place r all nearby. Just if walk to patong beach need 15-20 mins! But actually, i m not recommend patong beach! Kata noi beach much better! 20 mins drive from hotel.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή
Επιστροφή σε ξενοδοχείο που είχα μείνει και πέρυσι.Ειχα ζητήσει δωμάτιο στον τελευταίο όροφο αλλά δεν έγινε.Το μπάνιο και η ντουλάπα μύριζαν λίγο άσχημα όταν μπήκα μέσα.Πολυ εξυπηρετική η πρωινή ρεσεψιόν.Το στρώμα μαλακό,μεγάλο ψυγείο και πολύ καλό αιρκοντισιον σαμσουνγκ.Πετσέτες θαλάσσης δίνονται καθημερινά και υπάρχει δυνατότητα ενοικίασης σκούτερ,είναι όμως παλιά και δεν το συνιστώ,καθώς έχει τριγύρω αλλα rent a bike με σκούτερ σε καλύτερη κατάσταση και αντίστοιχη τιμή.Η πισίνα είναι πολύ μικρή αλλά έχει τζακούζι για χαλάρωμα μετά τη θάλασσα.Για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή το ξενοδοχείο και συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

我下午6時左右回酒店，發覺洗手盆不能去水，通知接待處，女服務員說工人已下班，工作時間是9－5,我再次要求維修，她才找技工修理。但修理後洗手間全都是水，我再次要求清理，女服務員說要清理就到前台來拿清潔用品，我再三和下，她竟然說不和我說，然後掛斷電話，態度很差。原來她是經理

Preis-Leistung ist top. Jedoch hat uns Patong nicht gefallen. Weiter im S gibt es schönere Strände, die auch nicht so voll sind. Roller also zu empfehlen, für 200-250 Bath

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans cet hôtel et nous nous y sommes senti très bien. La chambre était confortable et le service de nettoyage efficace et rapide. Il est également possible de réserver un scooter ou un séjour sur une autre île (par exemple) via la réception. Notre réceptionniste de journée était particulièrement adorable, toujours souriante et disponible. Nous avons pu emprunter des serviettes de plage propre tous les jours, c'est très pratique et économique!

Άνετο,οικονομικό και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο
Πολύ καλή επιλογή,πολύ καθαρό,οικονομικό και με χαρούμενο προσωπικό.Διαθετει ενοικιάσεις σκούτερ,πετσέτες για θάλασσα καθημερινά,η πισίνα είναι μικρή και χωρίς ξαπλώστρες.Ειναι σε κάθετο στενό της ναναι και έχει ησυχία.Ντελαξ δωμάτιο πολύ καλό με μεγάλο ψυγείο,σαμσουνγκ τβ και αιρκοντισιον πολύ καλά.

The visit in this hotel was really great. Staff wass really kind also and everything was neat and clean. One minus was the location but with scooter that wasn't a problem.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich recht schön, die Ausstattung gehoben, Pool, Fitnessraum, Massageraum, etc gegeben, ABER.... Zunächst sollte man wissen, dass die Lage des Hotels nun wirklich nicht sehr günstig ist, es ist mehr oder weniger in einem Ghetto! Um das Hotel herum sind viele heruntergekommene Häuser und der Weg zum Strand ist recht lang. Auch das Zentrum von Pattaya ist nicht gerade "um die Ecke". Nun gut, soviel zur Lage, kommen wir zu dem Hotel selbst: Eigentlich macht es auf den ersten Blick einen hochwertigen Eindruck, man merkt gleich, dass es sich um ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse handelt. Die Lobby ist schön und auch das Zimmer, so wie auf den Bildern bei expedia.de beschrieben. Leider besteht, meiner Meinung nach, das Hotel nicht den zweiten Blick. Größtes Manko: ein sehr unmotiviertes Personal! Ich war auch in Bangkok und Phuket in Hotels mit zwei und drei Sternen, dort konnte aber die Gastfreundschaft des Personal vieles gut machen. Dies war in Pattaya einfach nicht der Fall. Egal bei welchem Anliegen, ständig hört man nur "Wir kümmern uns darum, es kommt gleich jemand zu Ihnen" - wir warten noch heute!

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, man kann direkt vor Ort Roller mieten. Maritme Dekoration, schön ruhig gelegen.

心温かいアットホームなリゾートホテル
　今回は、新婚旅行の内、プーケット滞在中に利用しました。 　到着するや、ホテルマンの方が、日本人の旅行者ということで名前まで覚えていてくださって、丁寧に案内してくれました。きめ細かいサービスをしてくれるなぁというのが第一印象でした。詳しく話を聞けば、なにやら日本人の宿泊では、私たちが初めてだったようで心待ちにしてくれていたようです。　 ホテルの立地としては、ビーチまで多少距離があります。歩くと30分はかかるので日本人の宿泊者が敬遠するのだろうなと思います。が、あえて私はこのホテルを強くお勧めします。 ピーチまでの距離はレンタルバイクやタクシーで解消できます。交渉次第ではだいぶ費用を抑えることもできますし、ビーチ沿いのホテルより宿泊費用が断然安い。それに、何よりもサービスや心遣いが満足度を上げてくれます。 こんなに褒めていますが、それだけ私たち二人の新婚旅行が満足度の高いものだったと、感じて頂ければ幸いです。 シルクホテルの皆様！有難うございました。以下、宿泊決定の参考になれば幸いです。 立地：　前述しましたが、ビーチから遠い。レンタルバイクがあるので、移動手段は困らない。タクシーもあります。 　　　　周辺は、コンビニ、バー、レストランの群、など買い物やご飯には困りません。 　　　　山？というか丘の上に位置しており、空港にいるタクシーの運転手は場所を知らないほどひっそりした場所に 　　　　あります。夜は静か。 サービス：　文句なしの満点。後述しますが、部屋に無いものも言えば無償で貸してくれたり、なんとか頑張って対応しよう　　　　　　　としてくれるのが嬉しい。 部屋：　　　ワンルームにキングｻｲｽﾞのベッドとベンチとＴＶとミニ冷蔵庫。ｼｬﾜｰルームにトイレ。ベッドのお陰で窮屈感はあ　　　　　　 るが案外広い。ベッドメイキングの方がﾀｵﾙで像や鶴などを作ってくれてるのがかわいい。 設備：　 クーラー有。ワンルームということもあり冷房効果を体感できる時間が早い。すぐ冷える。ＴＶ有り。ｼｬﾜｰ有り。 　　　　　 歯ブラシや髭剃り、ドライヤーなどの化粧品関係はほぼ無い。ただ、ドライヤーは聞いてみるとすぐに貸してくれた。 　　　　 遠慮せずに、どんどん聞いた方がいいかもしれない。歯ブラシなどの洗面・化粧関係は自前のものを使いました。 ホール：　白を基調として清潔感がある。ミニプールがある。ミニプールはほんとにミニ。でも４日のうち３回は入った。意外　　　　　　　に快適。コーヒーや紅茶はセルフで飲んでいいので、プールで冷えた身体を温めるのに最高。 　 空港までのタクシー代：７00Ｂ程度。メーターのタクシーで行くと一定料金のタクシーより安かった。交渉すれば多少安くして　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　くれる人もいる。 費用を節約しつつ、プーケットのビーチリゾートを楽しみたいという方にお勧めです。是非！

Новый отель! Есть небольшой бассейн, в котором, если не шуметь можно купаться круглосуточно. Очень удобно возвратившись в 4 часа ночи пойти окунутся в бассейне и полежать в гидромассажной ванне. Отзывчивый персонал, помогал в любой ситуации. Номера чистые, с интерьером, убирали каждый день, меняли полотенца и постельное белье!!!!! Расположение отеля вдалеке от шумных улиц, поэтому без мотобайка не обойтись, можно взять в аренду прямо в отеле, но выйдет немного дороже. Придомовой территории нет, но есть своя парковка. Единственным минусом был тот факт, что интернет не работал 2 дня. После пары жалоб и напоминаний его все таки починили. В итоге ставлю отелю твердую 4+, за обслуживание 5!!!
