"I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that I had been upgraded to a larger suite. Easy walking distance to MegaMall and Podium mall. There were a couple of convenience stores, Lawson and 7-11 just steps from the hotel. Staff provided excellent service. Will definitely stay again"

When we usually visit Metro Manila, we always stay in Ortigas area but haven't considered this hotel before. From now on, this hotel will be in my list. It's across Podium and a short distance to Megamall. They also offer free baggage storage if you have back to back bookings with them which I didn't know was available as I booked other hotels with this trip."

"It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh. Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Staff are very friendly and polite. Philippine hospitality is number 1!!!!!"
