"Let me start off by saying that the staff during my stay was amazing. Everyone I crossed paths with were extremely helpful to me and I watched as they were attentive to every guest interaction. I basically speak no Spanish but they were patient with me during conversations. The location of the property was in close proximity of where I needed to be and with the hotel being back away from the street through its parking lot it cut down on a lot of the street noise. The complaints I have starts with the rooms. It appears that the location offers 3 or possibly 4 floors, but only accessible with steps and no elevator. This could be discouraging for people with larger or multiple bags of luggage. The room setup is basic which is fine, but the cleanliness was less than expected. I started my visit in one room and immediately found hair in both beds, shower, bathroom floor, and other areas of the floor. Not that this is okay, but I’ve delay with worse. The reason I asked to change rooms was because the room safe was inoperable and this is a must have for anywhere that I visit. Second room was a little bit cleaner but still found the random hairs. Safe worked so I made my peace with it. The beds were not the most comfortable but everyone has their own opinion and style of what they are looking for in that area. There was a lot of light and noise bleed from outside the room door that made some morning come earlier than others. I enjoyed my stay but there is room for improvement."
