"This hotel is amazing - the excellent greeting & check in was superior. The hotel was hosting a Disney Weekend & the atmosphere was electric. Mickie & Minnie Mouse were fun & spoke to our Grand Daughter. Rosa, who manages the hotel spoke excellent English - very polite & really happy in her role. "The suite is very open, nice and comfortable. There is no microwave, but there’s a tiny mini-fridge. My front and back terraces have a great view of the mountain and an ancient structure. Keep in mind that there are stairs and no lift. Many places in Sicily and Europe are refurbished out of ancient or at least old stone buildings. Lifts would be impossible in some. It’s beautiful if you can navigate it. "
