"1. Jemand im Empfang, der nicht richtig portugisiesch oder englisch spricht, ist dort eine Zumutung. 2. Kaputte Möbel überall. 3. Sauberkeit ist schlichtweg nicht vorhanden. Dazu zählt auch schmutzige, mit Blut besudelte Kissen. Decken, die stinken. 5. Nichtmal gratis ist diese Höhle zu empfehlen. "

"What an absolute dream the Porto suite was. Only complaint is that some of the led light bulbs are just too bright. We would have loved to have enjoyed just the wine bottle lights alone. Also, no blanket or extra pillows in room. If we could give Cristina 10 stars we would. She was so welcoming and went out of her way to help us. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sebútal."

It is also close to many restaurants or to catch any public transit (even the iconic E28 trolly). The staff was friendly and very helpful, room was clean, quiet and comfortable - all this with an exceptional view. We will be definitely staying here next time we are in Lisbon."
