"It was good but not a five star experience. We were expecting a kitchenette and a balcony and we didn't get either, the air con in the room was not working, the beds were slightly too hard, I asked the housekeeping staff to come back later and they proceeded to sigh and close the door. Staff was friendly. The gym was okay. The pool"

"This stay was a surprise to us. We had low expectations when we booked. We were looking for accommodation for 3 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were awesome! Kitchenette, huge balcony connected to all rooms and the view was amazing! I only hold back one star because the buffet food could have been better. The hotel had charging stations for cars and smart lighting which I really appreciated. Will be coming back for sure."
