"We recently stayed at the Vitality Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, and had an overall fantastic experience. "This hotel is not at all like the photos in the listing. Carpet ripped up, drug deal in parking lot, paint peeling, lightbulbs missing in hall ways, no staff at front desk, run down part of town. Very scary looking. We cancelled reservation and booked elsewhere. "

"Overall it was a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had a problem with our room keys and had to return to the front desk 2 times before we could get in the room. When we arrived at the hotel it was 3:00 which is check in time. Our room wasn’t ready. We were told 15 min. 15 turned into 45 before they offered us an upgraded room. Then we had the room key problem. I was so tired and needed a nap which at the time we fi ally got into the room it was too late....

"Staff were very friendly. Property was secure and clean. Early morning freight trains were an eye opener! No bathroom vent fans or tub mat-extremely slippery. You have to pay to park on the property. Overall it was very nice."
