"The front door is locked early evening & the card is swiped to get entry. On a couple of occasions staff members are just standing in the reception area, & they could have unlocked the doors to let us in & welcome us back, but they didn't. Staff don't greet guests when we see them in the lobby. "

"The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...
