"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital.
Staff are wonderful and caring.
The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet.
The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"The hotel is great however I was in room 8 on a Saturday night & the bar played music until 3am so I barely got any sleep!
I would check with them which rooms are sound proofed if you need a good nights sleep"

"This property is stunning. Right in the center of town with plenty of great restaurants & attractions around. The pools were both lovely and we made use of them both. We stayed in the majestic suite. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in [apart from my own]. The suite was also styled amazingly. There were a couple of things that I felt weren't quite right [ possibly won't bother others] amazing dual vanity in bathroom area, but no hand towels [or place for any to hang]...

"Resort is outdated. Needs a revamp. Our garden suite where we stayed only half the lights were working, most of the powerpoint's were broken, and alot of the timber posts outside were rotting away. One of the posts under a balcony next to us was that rotten it wasn't touching the ground anymore."

"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. "The property was average. We booked a room with a pool & ocean view, only to find the furniture in the room was situated to look away from the pool view. There was nothing unique or especially outstanding about the property. It was quite tired looking.

"The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious.
