"For years I have visited Nairobi on business and I have to say this is probably the best hotel in the city. I spent one week here and I did not want to leave. Facilities are modern, clean and comfortable, food is absolutely delicious but most importantly, every single member of the staff is there to help, to greet you with a smile and to make your day better. A true example of Kenyan hospitality. From the moment you are picked up at the airport, to the moment you are dropped off again, there is always someone ready to help. I will come back. "

"The two ladies at the reception Faith B and Mercy doing the night shift were outstanding and I believe they deserve a raise in salary.
