"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "
"Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very co-operative and care taking. Breakfast for vegetarians were not at all great. I ate bread and butter and some fruits. Fried rice was prepared by chef but was average. Coffee experience was awesome.
No swimming pool and activities for kids at all. Outside of Hotel is not so great … location is very average. "

"The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs."

"It’s our 2nd time there. The kids love the bath tub and swimming pools! Clean rooms, spacious living room and friendly staff. Housekeeping very fast too! Excellent stay!"
