Good place to stay in Paris
Nice, recently renovated hotel in good, quiet location. Parking a little tight, but normal for a European city. Pleasant lobby and rooms. Trash cans could be a bit bigger!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel condition was disappointing. No hot water on all the days we stayed, Thermostat not functioning over heated our room even though we set it to 15 deg c, renovation work made loud drilling noises starting in the morning.

Great hotel
The hotel was good, a bit dated but clean. I think the last day of our stay they were closing it for renovations. The room was clean and nice, I liked the fact that the toilet was at the entrance and there was a door that separated the room of the toilet, had a separate bathroom with a nice bath. Good size tv, lots of french channels and 1 english channel, not bad! In my opinion breakfast was really good. They had a variety of cereals, pancakes, sausages (really nice!), scrambled eggs, bacon, cured meats and cheeses, orange and apple juice, water, any type of coffee and teas, lots of diferent breads and pastries, they also had a non dairy milk option althought I only saw soja milk. Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am. The reception is 24 hours as we arrived at 4am, no problems with anything. All the receptioniat are very nice and helpful. I recommend to stay in this hotel.

I have stayed for 2 nights and in the room the ac was not working. First day kids was fully sweating and didn’t sleep pripoerly next day they have given fan to cover it because of no proper sleep our entire plan was spoiled

157 euros was a terribly high price for a hotel that should not charge customs more than about 85. Hotel interior upstairs in scruffy and run down. In times when hotels are virtually empty why give me the nearest room to the elevator. Novotel should be ashamed of the people running this hotel.

We were welcomed by Pauline who was very kind, welcoming and informative. She had very kindly upgraded our room and spent 30 minutes showing us some of the great places Paris has to offer and a way of transport to and from them.

Staff was very friendliness and the room size is great mainly for Paris. Bed was quite comfortable. We had an issue with shower pedestal that did it hold at the highest position. Also, the water from the toilet has a weird smell. This could be improved with use of some products to improve the odour. Apart from this the hotel is very well located at the heart of Suresnes and close to two tram stations.

Nice and quiet
Nice room, on the small side but space was used efficiently. Very quiet area with many charming local shops and eats, not far from the heart of Paris. Staff on check in day was very cordial. Next morning I requested if they could give me some coffee creamer since we had used the 2 that were in the room the day before and after making me state which room I was in they provided me only one single serving. I found that pretty awkward and cheap considering we were 4 in the room. Other than this good experience.
