Not a WOW, not an HELL NO. Average and basic. If you are travelling thru on business for a day or two, this will work. The lady at the bar/resturant was pleasant. The young men at night were disengaged and would benefit from a customer service update.
For example, I was a woman travelling alone, and my room number was annouced in a room full of men, when applying restaurant charges to my room, while in the bar/resturant.
The room was basic, no formal desk, which I prefer. The bed was clean and sheets crisp. Boulangerie across the street, along with a pharmacy, and local tram.
Bus stop to take you to the RER is directly across the street. The bar at Moxy is "cute," don't expect a full bar, they are limited on choices.
The Moxy Clamart has A LOT of potential with a few tweaks, but it is a safe and basic place outside of Paris.
