The only good things about the hotel were the friendly staff, the good transport links, and the location. The elevator in the hotel wasn't working (no idea since when), which I was only told about when I checked in. All guests - with children, elderly people - as well as the staff had to use the stairs. My room was on the fifth floor, but the building actually had eight floors. The mattress was extremely worn, there was only shower gel in the hotel room, the hairdryer was old, and the walls were extremely noisy. The housekeeping staff started work very early and were unfortunately noisy, and you could hear every single guest. On the last night, a guest in the room next door was vomiting and you could hear everything. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and I am disappointed, as I always enjoy staying at Accor hotels.
