Arriving to the hotel was easy, staff was helpful and kind. It was easy to check-in and -out. Room was clean, carpeted floor is a no for me, but hotel provided slip ons. Room had great aircondition, and it was easy to adjust. Breakfast was great, tasty food and great variations. The hotel was located on a busy road, and the traffic noise could be clearly heard in the room (for me this wasn’t a big deal, but I know that some of you enjoy relaxing in a quiet hotel room after exploring city).

La Villa des Ternes

I recently stayed at La Villa des Ternes in Paris and had a generally very good experience. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days in the city. I would definitely recommend it. It's conveniently located near major public transportation hubs, making it easy to get anywhere in Paris, including direct access to the airport.

Hotel Villa des Ternes is a true gem in Paris. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the world-renowned Champs-Élysées. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. This was proven after I checked, returned to the US and I discovered I had accidentally left an expensive, priceless sentimental item in the room safe. I was frantic, but when I called, a wonderful staff member named Marie calmly took control. She explained the room was occupied but assured me my item was safe and would be retrieved the moment they had access. True to her word, I received a notification within three days that my cherished possession had been recovered and was ready for pickup. This outstanding service has secured my loyalty, and I cannot wait to return.

The staff was super friendly. The room was quietly tucked away in a spot where I could get some work done, but nearby really great restaurants. The tub was relax and room clean. They had the mini fridge stuffed with goodies for purchase.
