This property is so quaint, and provides an amazing experience. It’s different from the typical American stay, but if you truly want to experience France in a non- tourist way, it is perfect. The staff is incredible and they make you feel right at home

Comfortable, clean room

Our stay was very comfortable. Checked in quite late at night but was smooth. Room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided. The room was decent size for the price had an A/C which helped.

Nice area, near to the tube station. Small bedroom, noisy. Air conditioner doesn't work. Lift for just one person. Good breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located, staff is very nice and cleaning is great. My room was quite small, compared to the other rooms of same category and it had a vent channel so it was rather cold this time of year since the A/C didn't work properly. Besides that, my bed was rather u-shaped - the hotel should consider replacing/checking the beds.

Not more than a night

First of all, it doesn't have very clear GPS location and I spent 15 minutes to coordinate with the help of other IBIS person and get the address. For the space of aprox 15-20 sq mtr, this hotel charged EURO 124, which is not very attractive. I felt continuous sound of shoes while walking on the upper floor. Breakfast is not that great but can adjust to fill the gap. Another good gesture that they offered me a coffee at no charge, as I was about leave at 6.30 am for the airport. Only Good part is that the Metro Mairie de Clichy is just 3 minutes walk a way.

Room is very small. Towels were not ready on arrival as they were still being washed, despite checking in after check in time. Shower door did not shut properly. There is not a closing door on the bathroom, just a door that pulls across and therefore you can see into the bathroom when someone is using the toilet. The floor in the reception area was wet and there was no signs out to indicate it had been cleaned, therefore I slipped and fell, injuring my knee. Not a great stay.
