The late hour help desk staff tried as much as possible to help on our last night of stay but the property could use some maintenance upgrades. Our A/C was not working and the staff provided two fans to help us.

We were very late for check in, but ataff was very patient with us. The place is clean, small, but adequate for a single night. The shower and bed madw the long journey worthwhile. Although there are some nice spots to get food and other necessities nearby, the hotel is quite tucked away, and it's inconvenient for vehicles (hotel is at the end of a one way cul-de-sac so hard to turn vehicles around). Definitely worthwhipe to buy a subway pass as two lines are nearby. Very good experience overall.

1. No Microwave 2. AC Does not work. 3. Fire alarm keeps going on because you have to close the bathroom door when showering which is hard because i have two kids with me. 3. Charge twice for this tax thing, tried to explain that i already paid when i check in, showed the receipt, still get charged anyways. 4. the Guy receptionist was nice very welcomibg but the girl in the morning rude. 5. the hotel was ok, just really small. would not recommend if you have kids!!

Nice hotel and we had a great room on the top floor. Room and facilities great for us. Metro just a few minutes away and lots of local shops and cafes to browse. Welcoming staff.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the absolutely wonderful experience I had during my month-long stay at this charming family-owned hotel in the Batignolle area in Paris. After a disappointing and dreadful encounter with an Airbnb, I stumbled upon this establishment, and I can genuinely say it was a delightful contrast. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff's attention to detail and their commitment to making every guest feel at home truly sets the hotel apart. I felt like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The cozy and well-appointed room provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the space, and the thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Breakfast was available each morning but there are also nearby cafes. Several metro stations nearby and accessible to the entire city. I must also commend the staff for their exceptional knowledge of the city. I had a work presentation and needed to video conference and they recommended a work share location which was perfect. Your family's dedication to maintaining a high level of service and creating a welcoming atmosphere was evident. Thank you for sharing your family’s treasure with me and my family!

Nous avons dormis 4 personnes, lit double et sofa lit confortable. Chambre de grandeur normale mais tres paisible. Parfait pour relaxer de l'énergie de la ville. Bien situé près du metro brochant ideal pour allez visiter Paris.

We have reserved a room with 2 beds and it turn out only 2 rooms with 2 beds are available in this hotel and when arrived they were already occupied I had a handicap person with me so stay the whole night on the chair as the bed in the room us queen size and couldn't fit 2 persons .they change the room the second day Meanwhile i review the hotel and didn't t score high so the person on the third day refused to give us a late check out and said to me you rated us low despite the fact i dad a sick person with me and only asked for an hour late check out

Estuvimos 4 noches. El staff de limpieza pasaba y no limpiaron los dos primeros días, si no hasta que nos quejamos. El staff era distinto cada día y parece que no se hablan entre si. Nos ofrecieron el desayuno a un precio, por una promoción. Al finalizar la estadía nos lo querían cobrar a otro precio, porque "no existía ninguna promoción". El staff no resuelve. El desayuno es muy básico, cuenta con solo pan y frutas en mal estado (y cuesta €9 por persona). La persona que debió ayudarnos más, la manager, fue la que nos trató de peor manera.

This was a fairly nice hotel for the price point. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The rokm was snalk but for a solo traveller is perfect if youre soending most of your time outside of it. Small hiccups included key card constantly being deactivated which was quite annoying and the room was not being ready on time blfor check-in. Otherwise, would recommend for more budget-conscious travellers.

Nice casual hotel for couples with great location.
Casual small hotel, that fits more for couples and not for families with small children. Location is great, clean and nice conditions. Breakfast is good enough, but not for small children. Every day we asked for more 2 towels as they put us only 2 when we were 4 persons.

Excellent value. Great area for dining. Long walk to Metro but buses very convenient. Small hotel, well soundproofed and with aircon and tea making facility. Highly recommend.

Overall this property filled our needs. A car rental office was nearby and two Metro stations gave us access to all of Paris. There were numerous restaurants and shops in the area. The property was clean and the staff very helpful. The room was very warm so a stronger air conditioning unit would have been appreciated.

Comfortable stay at Hotel Le Trente
Had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Though not large they were very comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Had breakfast on 2 mornings. Initially thought 12 euros each for a continental breakfast was very expensive but then realised it was normal for Paris. Location OK. Paris is a trade off between central location and price. Metro only 5 minutes walk and Montmartre and Place de Clichy and flea market within walking distance too.
