The lift makes a terrible metallic scraping noise between a couple of the floors, which was easily audible from the room; it was in regular use well into the early hours, so I got little sleep.
The lift is also tiny and feels like a death trap. There's even a sign in it telling guests not to leave the door open for too long as this makes it break down!
The cleaners put their trolleys on the small landings of the staircase, so you have to squeeze past these in the mornings if you don't fancy risking your life in the lift.
The en-suite was crammed into too small a space. There wasn't even enough room in front of the toilet to sit on it without falling onto it.
The breakfast selection is limited. For example, if you'd like fruit juice you have a choice of orange juice or orange juice.
