Beautiful hotel, very clean and excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and cleaned to a good standard each day. Complementary water, and tea / coffee making facilities were available in the room. The reception area had additional water, coffee and pastries each day. The breakfast was very good, with a good range of food and lovely attentive service. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great! Good location and the staff is awesome. Rooms are small but very clean. Our air conditioning was not working so that made it challenging to sleep, but the staff did their best to help.

Beautiful two night stay right across the street from the Louvre. Easy walk to the Seine. Not too far from a Metro stop. Lovely breakfast orderable to room. The elevator is small but we were able to go up individually with our bags without any issues. Would stay again! Thanks for the lovely time!

It was strange that I needed to leave my key, but not a deal breaker. My room was a very strange set up with bathroom upstairs and not able to stand up to shower. If I had been staying for a long time this would not have been ideal, but for short term stay it was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is AMAZING! Would stay here again.

The place was nice and clean and very close to everything. Staff was super nice and helpful. Two things the hotel could improve on. The bed was very uncomfortable. My friend had a back ache due to it. Second is the lights. A single light puts on/ off all lights. If I needed to go to the bathroom in the night, the whole room light had to be on, disturbing everyone’s sleep. Breakfast was good.

The friendliness of the staff is apparent from when we checked in and they were a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. Our superior Courtyard room was spacious for two people and larger than many Paris hotels. There was room for two large suitcases and still had plenty of space left. Rooms were very clean and we appreciated the two bottles of water each day and the free afternoon pastry/cake on offer in the afternoons. Air conditioning was very good and the shower water pressure was excellent.

Great team. The rooms are a little quirky but the location is great. We did have a challenge with the air-conditioning, but the team swapped our room without any trouble.

This hotel is in an amazing location, which means the price is high for quite a small room. However the room was very comfortable and clean and well decorated. So easy to walk to many attractions. The air con was also a god send in the heatwave! Staff very friendly.

Lovely staff. Great location. Nice breakfast. Be careful about having the duplex room. Nice high ceiling but the toilet is downstairs without a basin and up a set of suicide stairs is a bath and basin. We went up and down very carefully.
