Perfect hotel for the perfect stay, the staff were very friendly, specially one of the receptionist that changed our room without any problem or extra charge. Very happy with the stay. I'll probably stay again if i need to.
The hotel was fairly cheap and the location was pretty (approximately 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Uber).

Great for solo travelling
Shabby on the surface but staff exceptional - welcoming, got extra blankets when needed, helpful when wifi not connecting. Very clean bed, bathroom and kettle! Perfect as a solo traveller
Descent stay for the money. Quiet place and friendly staff not that far from Paris

The hotel is not the best one but the service is super, fresh towels and cleaning room every day and always a smile in their face!
Clamart is more safe than Paris, a lot more!
Room was very comfortable. ( a bit cold with no thermostat in the room) Staff were kind, room was very comfortable clean and Even smelled nice . It was a short 3 dollar train ride and short walk out of Paris . I would stay there again.

3 stars, a decent hotel at the outskirts of Paris
We stayed at this hotel to visit Paris for 3 days and it was okay. Nothing went wrong, just nothing fancy to expect. If you are coming with the idea that you want a safe, quiet and decent bed to sleep during your trip, this hotel will do great for you.

Good convenient hotel, allowed early check in, many thanks
Had someone come in our room by mistake twice, I believe the first time they didn’t know we checked in and second was maybe room service? They did apologise. Also both soap dispensers completely empty. So make sure to buy some soap for your stay. Bed was very clean and super comfortable. Had an amazing sleep!:)

The staff is lovely and the property is above average for a low-cost Parisian hotel. My room was large but dated, which is to be expected at this price range. The area was very safe and accessible by train but not metro. It's no thrills, but I found it very acceptable for my needs. If you're on a tight budget, this hotel is a good choice.

It is a good and economical hotel, but if you are unlucky you will not be able to sleep because you can often hear the noise from the next room through the wall.

Staff was very friendly. The room itself was OK. But the carpet on the stairs in hallways need to be replaced. I did notice they had some flooring off the lobby… So hopefully they will be using that flooring to be placed all of the carpeting. Otherwise it was fine .
The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were small and didn’t seem all that clean. It worked for us as backpackers but I wouldn’t recommend bringing a family here. No AC so it was very hot in room.

They don't have breakfast, and the amount you have to pay for them to serve it is extremely limited. It has no elevator, no rooms on the first floor, and the stairs are narrow. The rooms are not comfortable enough to have more than one suitcase, they are not spacious. Everything is distant and nearby eating places are limited. They even have an employee who should not be working with foreigners, he has hostile treatment.
Good to get a 3 single bed room (209) but it was so cramped, all 3 beds were jammed up against each other. There was scarcely any other floorspace, just enough for 2 of 3 small suitcases. For the price you expect some cleaning to have been done in the intervening decades but really the amount of human hair & grime on the floor & closet bathroom were disgusting. This really should be listed as a backpackers not a hotel. No room fridge. Redeeming features were ok beds comfort-wise, friendly & helpful staff & close proximity to Parc des Princes, a local market & supermarket, patisserie & Gare Matabiau. Otherwise one to avoid, especially for families but could be within tolerance for budget travelers. It's not that hard to put in a little effort for cleanliness but this place feels exploitative just because it's Paris.
The place needs a lot of work it's old and quite dirty in places , the pictures are deceiving and I was disappointed to say the least .
The staff are however lovely
