The best of the best. This place is a gem. The beds are so comfy, rooms are small but well organized. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is controlled by iPad and this is so cool. Ten area is walkable to main attractions and full with dining opportunities. Big like

Wonderful service. Our room was compact and efficient and very comfortable. The lower level lounge is a great (and spacious) hang out space. The staff was very professional and offered warm, friendly and personal service. We highly recommend!

The hotel location was convenient and easy to get to from CDG airport. Yes the rooms are small, but they are perfectly suitable for a few days in Paris to use as a base. The rooms were quiet, and all of the staff we met were so friendly. We arrived at around 10am and were able to check in straight away for no additional cost. This was what we needed after waking up at 2am for our flight. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great hotel! The only issue I ran into was sometimes a weird smell would enter the room randomly I'm assuming from the shower drain in the bathroom. Other than that the staff was very friendly and great. The hotel room was clean and super cute. I would return.

First time at a CitizenM - what a great concept. Just what we needed in a hotel room - nothing more, nothing less. Lounge/communal area was terrific. Staff was extremely friendly and professional - most importantly, they all acted like they actually liked working there! Highly recommended.

Tea; simple hot water, was charged excessively at the hotel. Honestly, this should be a courtesy drink. Overall, very clean, comfy hotel & atmosphere, but would not stay here again, as simple pleasures (like free tea or free regular coffee) would have been a nice perk. Also. Rooms are tiny and our in room safe was broken. We just carried everything with us :(

I just discovered a gem of a hotel in the heart of Paris, thanks to Expedia. I have decided that this hotel chain will be my pied-a-terre in every city they are located in. Clean, modern, friendly and responsive staff, cool lobby and eating area, lovely food options, and efficient room space, comfortable bed. This hotel location in Paris was a perfection for us with walking proximity to major sites, cafes and shopping. If you are used to large hotel rooms with full size bathrooms and all, this is not for you. So go in with the expectation that spaces in rooms are small (think pods), and please do not write bad reviews because you came with the wrong expectation. As I said, a gem in a quiet street in the middle of a very busy district.

Staffs are so helpful and friendly. Kate who helped me to check in provided me lots information, if she wasn’t sure she researched it for me. Make me feel safe and a home welcome while traveling alone. Location is good, 13 mins walk from a PER station. walkable to most of the attractions .

This hotel is MAGICAL! We stayed at a couple of other hotels around Paris/ Bordeaux. We will forever stay at CitizenM in the future. It’s amazing. Technology/Chic/Staff/Bed comfort/Design and thought gone into what you need in a hotel room. I would write a short book on why this hotel is so good. Just trust me when I say you will not be disappointed when You stay here.

Great hotel and superb staff
The hotel is very modern with great facilities and very nice rooms. I would like to personally thank Remi that assisted us in an emergency situation and enabled us to stay an extra night paying 50% of the original hotel fare- it is not obvious that a chain is so considerate and I really appreciate it!!! We will always look for a CitizenM hotel in our trips from now on:)

This is in a great location where we could walk just about anywhere. The hotel has a modern vibe that feels clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and the bar/restaurant area is a bright open space where you feel right at home, having a drink, chilling with fellow travelers, doing a little work, whatever. The rooms are so cozy and have an iPad to control mood lighting, tv, temperature, etc. For unpacking be sure to note the under bed storage drawers which are huge. We loved this hotel and highly recommend.

Perfection in the center of Paris
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The CitizenM Hotel Paris Opera for a magical three-day visit during Fashion Week. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt just right to our sensibilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. They really contributed to the exceptional experience we had. As for the location, it couldn't have been better, especially during such a bustling and fashionable time in Paris. It's worth mentioning that everything lined up perfectly; the sun was shining and everyone was dressed their very best, adding an extra layer of wonder to our trip. Thank you CitizenM for an unforgettable stay; we can't wait to return.
