nice size room, especially the bathroom room. I liked the in-room fridge, sink and dishes/silverware/glasses, etc. However, the microwave was very difficult to operate. The hotel was close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. And, was less than a 10-minute walk to the Metro (the 14 Line).

The hotel was nice and clean! Lots of room. Shower was good and hot. They were accommodating for an early arrival with a place to store our luggage. Huge difference!!! The only down fall was my son tried to get breakfast and he was told he couldn’t. We were in a hurry that morning and they wouldn’t let him eat until I came down to pay. He’s 19 not 9.

Friendly welcome to a good sized clean room.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful just what you need on arrival. The room was clean and a good size as was the bathroom and kitchen area. The only reason for not giving excellent throughout was that some of the decor was a bit tired and the bed a bit too firm. Other than that a good base for visiting Paris and relatives.

The property is good, but they clean the rooms once in 7 days or may be after each check out. We stayed for 6 nights, hence no cleaning. We checked in late in the night about 10:30 pm. This was informed in advance. Now there is a numbered lock for entry. The reception is quite far from the main entrance. The man on duty was fast asleep. One of our colleagues checked in one day before. I had to call him up to open the door. Point is a calling bell could save all the troubles. Next all the staffs were quite friendly, but for one black middle aged gentleman, who was pretty rude. When I wanted to call my colleague in another room using reception intercom, he refused. He asked me to go to his room and knock. My other colleagues requested for change in towels after 3 days. He told that for each towel they will charge 6 euros. But next day when we told this to another person in the reception, he was surprised and readily gave us fresh towels. All other staffs were very good, except for one I am referring to. I would have probably given 5 star but for this gentleman. Breakfast was so so. Staff were good and helpful.

Lovely stay, ideal for metro into Paris.

Was great thank you, good location for Metro-Marie de Clichy closest although Port de Clichy not too far. Hotel clean, room spacious, large bathroom, shower powerful enough. Clichy a good base, town centre pleasant with some decent restaurants/bars. Would stay again!!!

No, it was a filthy place. I was scared to be there and was freezing and got bed bug bites. There were hairs all over the sheets and floor. The temperature was freezing and I couldn’t change the temperature. Keep scrolling and run for your life.

Fairy cental to public transport. Hotel was absolutely adequate, perhaps a little tired. Beds, shower etc. absolutely fine. Breakfast fairly basic but adequate. Coffee was not good.

Quite a good option if you dont want to be near the city centre. Clichy is a pleasant area. Hotel resonably priced and delivered what one expects from Adagio.

The neighborhood is okay. The hotel is not nearby a metro station, but you can come there by bus. The hotel is also close to a local train network station (RER). There are supermarkets and local bakery's. The hotel has a garage where you can leave your car if you pay a fee. The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee.

Checkin was smooth but I was shocked that it was shared bathrooms 😳. The bathroom needed to be cleaned more regularly (though they did clean a few times throughout day) but for a shared facility much more is needed. That was quite unpleasant. In addition the sheets were thin & cheap.

The person in charge of reservations (Tom) supervisor, very rude, very unpleasant when it comes to serving customers in a very bad way. When you arrive, they don't tell you that no one is going to clean your room, that they don't change towels or sheets, or take out the trash. We were cold at night, they don't give you anything, not even an extra blanket. Very poor!
