"Der Ausblick! Die große Panoramaterrasse vor unserem Zimmer! Die Ruhe! Die nur kurzen Wege nach Montegridolfo, Montefiore Conca, Gradara und zum Meer! Allem voran die Wirtsleute! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank, ein helles Bad mit allem, was man braucht, Parkplatz im Hof und gutes WLAN. Gutes Frühstück, bei dem unsere Gastgeber gerne auf unsere Spezialwünsche eingegangen sind. Kurz: perfekter Aufenthalt!"

"The property was fine - but my citeria of selection relies greatly on the fact that you had PARKING available ( ok even to pay something extra) we had to park the car at the nearest available blue/stripe public parking area which was 800 meters away - it did create an inconvenience - ultimately, i got the impression that there might not be a proper communication with the hotel manangement as you should immediately warn the customer about the 'first come -first serve' situation due to limited...

"Fantastic value for money. Staff is super kind, rooms are modern although they are small. Few steps from the sea side and from Viale Ceccarini. Breakfast if 5 stars, with great offer of salty and sweet food and with the possibility to make your own doggy bag to have a snack during the day, without any extra cost. Highly recommended for families but also for business."

"Beautiful house with a nice garden and a swimming pool. Cozy room with your own ensuite and air conditioning! Owner is very friendly and with a kind heart. Breakfast is amazing! They make their own high quality olive oil. Overall an unforgettable experience and would come again if travel to nearby areas."
