"Our fist time at the resort and it was hands down the best experience we have had in a long time. We loved the food, got a tattoo , went to Tailgaters and had a great time the vibe and drink and food were amazing. Also went to Moorea Beach club hands down a great time! Love chilling by the pool in a care free environment. We will be returning later this year!! Thanks again for an amazing getaway!"
"Sad to say I was highly disappointed in our stay. This was the first time taking our kids to Vegas and choose to stay at MGM Grand because we heard it was one of the best hotels on the strip and one of the best for family friendly. When we checked in, we went to our room and found that it was not properly cleaned. There were crumbs all over the chair. There was a dirty wet rag on the bathroom floor, and when I called to report it, I then noticed there was blood on the sheets that hadn’t been cleaned or changed clearly. The worker on the phone originally offered me my resort fees back and after I found the blood, I asked if we could be switched to a different room she changed our room for us, but said she would not be giving us the resort fees, unless we stayed in our old room. Why would I want to stay in that room after just finding blood on the sheets. We went to our new room and it wasn’t upgraded or anything. It was the exact same. This room you can tell was cleaner, but still wasn’t super clean. We found someone’s eyelash extensions, stuck on the bathroom floor, there wasn’t any extra toilet paper so in the middle of the night, we ran out and had to go hunt some down. There wasn’t any shampoo in the shower. I didn’t bother calling about the second room because I felt like it wasn’t very helpful the first time and I didn’t wanna have to pack the kids up and move a third time it was already inconvenient enough the first time. Sadly it was definitely the worst stay I’ve had."
