Hotels in Paradise Cove, Marble Falls

"The rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and staff were awesome. Everyone from the lady overseeing the breakfast to the front desk and cleaning service. We will definitely stay here if we are in marble falls again."

"Not very impressed. Multiple requests through their messaging for early check in, never got a human reply just the automated emails. No wine either for room with my status on Expedia. Mentioned to staff. Oh well, is all I got. "

"Parking was easy and we skipped breakfast. The shower did not work in the double bedroom, but the staff was able to accommodate us with the use of a shower in a vacant room. She was professional. Also, the last trips through Expedia has landed me into a handicap room. I am not handicap. This is my main gripe! "

"The property is definitely nice, The rooms are great and the surroundings are secluded. This is a great hotel if you like quiet and the “almost balconies”. They really try to step up the feel of the hotel without being obviously cheap. They do allow pets, but you can’t tell. This is the second time I have stayed here, that being said, if you interact with staff beware. There were a couple of staff members that were not pleasant. For the most part the staff was pleasant and accommodating, but they open tye kitchen at 7am when most hotels open at 6am, so I wondered down a little early and one of the servers seemed annoyed by this, I asked where the coffee was and his response was,”we’ll be open in a few minutes!”. The second instance: I was checking out and went to hand my keycard to the front desk agent, she pointed to a basket and looked at me with a condescending expression and said, “the keys go there.” All of f the other staff were great! "

"I booked a 2 bedroom and was given a King bed with sofa bed. I booked the room 5 weeks in advance and the staff told me we are never guaranteed a room if booked through Hotels and should always book through their hotel. So why book through Hotels?? They want to advertise on hotels but want (US- the users) to book directly with the hotel cutting out hotels.com..... When I book a room I want to make sure I get that type of room booked. That's why there is choose your room types.... Makes no sense. I was very unhappy with that situation. I was also told I couldn't get a refund because we paid in full with no cancellation available so I was stuck."
