We really enjoyed our stay at Studio 6 Very nice and clean room and the extended stay Guest were very nice friendly and respectful The office staff was great very professional and it appears that they have good relationships with the extended stay guest.Overall I would rate everything a 10 out of 10

Rooms door had been previously broken in. Looked like a possible drug bust? Neighbor next door yelled and screamed at thier crying child for hours. I went to the office to tell them and the young attendant was hesitant to do anything. I explained I was concerned for the child’s safety. I called 911 around 11 PM as the yelling and screaming crying started back up. There was no shampoo. Only 2 bars of soap. Obviously this room was previously neglected/torn up. My parents stayed here a few years ago and a friend in town as well. Both those rooms and experiences were positive.

For one person who was out and about in the city, I didn't mind this option for myself during the weekend. I felt safe coming at night. I would say the area is about 25 mins away from downtown Austin activities so I was aware of that prior to booking.

Our stay was good! The man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze! Our room was nice as well. The curtains were very wrinkled and the two covers on the bed had holes in them, but they were clean. Also, there was no iron in the room. I also forgot that we needed our own silverware and dishes. Other than that, I will stay here again. I also liked that they had bbq pits on the premises.

The ac barely worked, there was dust all over the bathroom sink like no one had been in there but the tub paint was patchy and old however while showering the spackle or paint they tried to resurface with was all over me when my body touched the shower wall like it was just coming off. And there was German roaches.

AC Was not very powerful and took a while to cool or heat. But did get it cold and hot eventually. Inconvenient if you are planning on visiting and having family/friends stop in. All adults have to sign in if visiting even if just 15 minutes. Staff was accommodating enough to move me downstairs when asked. Water temperature in shower was very tricky. Either hot or cold. Bathroom sink came out like a pressure washer and soaked everything every time I forgot to not use it and ended up using kitchen sink. Stove and microwave and fridge/ freezer worked well and were nice. Plenty of outlets and lighting. Curtains did well to keep light out of room.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But motel 6 I’ve stayed at so far. The only thing I difmy like it’s it took close to 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower. Seems like a lot of wasted water.

The room was horrible. I had to change my 1 at room because there was no hot water. I changed rooms and the 2 ND room the toilet never flushed properly after having someone come out 4x to fix it. Both rooms were in very bad repair and dirty. The stove was broken, i had to request a microwave brought in, the smell was awful. I had to purchase and burn a candle the entire time i was in the room. I purchased my own sheets and and blankets because i refused to sleep on the being and the bed was very uncomfortable. I stayed there a total of 9 nights and not once was my trash emptied, sheets changed, room cleaned or anything. The staff was very nice and helpful when there was a problem, but nothing was ever fixed and no attempt was ever made to offer a discount which i found to be very disappointing. I am staying in Austin for business until mid January but have obviously upgraded my hotel stay and will not be returning to this property or another one under this umbrella. Very disappointed that i wasted my money and would have left sooner had i been able to get a refund.
