"We were escorted in on the red carpet and literally treated like rockstars. We had Star class which I definitely recommend. We booked transfers and an excursion through the hotel. When we arrived we booked a spa treatment with Princess, it was great experience.
In general loved the property it gave cruise ship vibes on land. Lots of activities or peace and quiet, whatever you’re into. "

"Outside patio/pool area fabulous. Good breakfast buffet. Room very nice with everything you need. Check in was good. The hotel did not state. They had free airport shuttle but they do. Driver super helpful. Only frustrating. Issue was no hot water in the morning. Front desk acknowledged that it was a problem because so many guests were using the hot water."

"The stay was amazing. We were there for 9 days, and the staff were just so accomodating.
The inner courtyard was beautifully done with fruit trees, and pools. Poolside seating was comfortable and quiet with every opportunity for shade or sun throughout the day.
The attached restaurant made great food in huge portions and the sangrias were splendid. The local fruit is just so good.
