"For the price , it was a great location and spacious. Only complaints I have is no elevator, especially with a bunch of luggage and being in the third floor , going up and down with elderly people wasn’t fun for a whole week . Our living room A/C was nice and cool , but unfortunately the rooms A/C 2/3 didn’t work , so that wasn’t fun at night . Many pool options, and gated community, so that was nice and convenient."

"We stayed in room 125 and 126 - make sure you use your in-room safe or take your valuables with you. We arrived mid-morning Monday 9th, by 3pm someone came into my sons room (125|) and stole all of their vacation money from my son's girlfriends purse which was well hidden. We reported the theft and spoke to the manager. They said they needed to look into it further and for us to come back the next day at 10am. We did and their reply was they needed more time to look into the matter. Needless to say that lasted until the last day March 15th. Upon checking out we asked the Manager again, we received was a sorry and an email for us to send our complaint to. Riu Palace is scheduled for a major renovation and I suspect most of the employees will be out of work, hence theft will be on the rise, so I suggest you make sure your money and valuables are securely put away. "
