"The Reserva Conchal in general is superb. Playa Conchal is my favorite beach in CR. Pools great, gym fantastic, grounds exceptional, views fantastic. I recommend that for rate charged, a decent TV be installed and Netflix etc be available. The Tv is something you see in a cheap hotel. Also, kitchen chairs are too low and uncomfortable. Washer and dryer bery convenient, and kitchen had all the necessary implements. "

"Very nice residence with lots of space for five persons. Except for our food we didn’t need to purchase anything. Most of what we needed for a week was available. The area was quiet at night. We had a good sleep every day. There was a clogging issue with the sink in the washroom leading to the Master bedroom. I reported it the second day but the repair did not occur. Overall we had a pleasant week. "

"It states 1 min from the beach. This is false! The complex beach club house is, but not the apartment where you stay. It is a 10-15 min walk. The whole point of us booking this stay was because it was on the beach. We had our pregnant daughter with us and didn’t want her to have to walk far in the heat. Very disappointed at the misleading information given. We have always trusted Hotel.com and use them all the time. A valuable lesson was learned. This was not what we were sold when we...

"Place is lovely. Excellent condition. I would rate 5 stars if not for the free club DJ you have to listen to every night until 1AM due to location being right in the middle of town. So bring noise cancelling headphones if you intend to sleep, or be prepared for late night festivities if that doesn't bother you. Otherwise a great property with convenient location to town and beaches and great communication from hosts. "

"The apartment was great. Very spacious, nice beds and furniture. Great ocean view and beautiful balcony. The air conditioner works perfectly. The bathrooms in each room all had nice showers and the master bathroom had a jacuzzi. Also, Jobo is one of the closest buildings to the beach club, which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stayed and hope to be back soon!"

"Nice property and nice apartment but with a few issues... Internet painfully slow. Water pressure very low. Dryer didn't work. Bath towels smelled like they stayed in the washing machine too long before being dried. Closets were filled with paint cans and maintenance equipment. Spoke with the manager about the issues who seemed indifferent. "

"Expect a 10 minute drive to beach club. Place was clean, comfortable for 3 people. I would strongly recommend renting a car for anywhere staying in the Flamingo area. There is a free gym to use on the property at the Reserva Beach Club. You need to use the plastic white card left in condo. This was not shown to us. Also beach towels are available to use at the club. Also not communicated to us. Special Places needs to become more familiar with property amenities. Saw lots of monkeys. Hiked....
