"The Reserva Conchal in general is superb. Playa Conchal is my favorite beach in CR. Pools great, gym fantastic, grounds exceptional, views fantastic. I recommend that for rate charged, a decent TV be installed and Netflix etc be available. The Tv is something you see in a cheap hotel. Also, kitchen chairs are too low and uncomfortable. Washer and dryer bery convenient, and kitchen had all the necessary implements. "

We found out about the change of room to a building without elevator access only after we arrived at the property. And their response to their mistake is to take it or leave it. We tried to be chill since we loved everything about Costa Rica. But 2 hours after using the property, we received warnings from the security guards that they can expel us for 2...
