"Excellent stay; was here for three nights. Beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained property. Everyone on the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is located just a few miles from the busy, loud streets of Alona Beach. Thus, it offers a pleasant escape from the noise and traffic. The mangrove forest, located behind the resort, is a lovely nature reserve and there is a great sunset spot at the end of the boardwalk. One of the best resorts in all of Panglao."

"It’s supposed to be a “Resort” but it has filthy swimming pool next to a dirty mangrove. Stayed 3 nights but no one cleaned the rooms and garbage stayed un-touched. "

"The room was smelling terrible of must and mold. All the faucets were crowded and did not work properly. The restaurant and bar never had a soul in them. The staff were very pleasant."

"Overall stay was pretty convenient. It's a few steps from the beach, but make sure to be dropped off on site if you can, because it ruined my suitcase from being dragged from the parking area to the hotel and back. The pool could use a bit of thorough cleaning, but we still enjoyed it. We stayed in a family room, and it was very comfortable for a pax of 8. We will stay again."

"firstly the hotel was only open 2 weeks as was told and by the work still inside the suites to be finished. Two things stood out first--no TV and the room was the size of a shoebox. I booked the room because the site said it had a fridge-it didn't. But fair to say as I inquired about a fridge my unit was the only one without--my luck. The owner a very nice man explain that they have been booked solid since they opened and really did not expect to be so busy so soon. The next day ...

"I requested ground floor rooms because my mother has mobility issues. I requested too in the virtual chat but when my family arrived, the staff were unaware. In the end, they placed them in a smaller room (4 persons instead of 7 persons) in the ground floor and the second room in the third floor which is not the purpose of this short getaway. This was a get together family celebration and the staff should have been more careful in reading the requests of the guests especially for the disability...

"갖추고 있는 시설은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 군더더기 없었습니다. 위층 의자 끄는 소리와 아이들이 뛰어다니는 소리가 들리는 점은 아쉽긴 했지만, 감수할만 했습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 청소가 깨끗하게 되지 않는 점, 수영장을 스노쿨 장비와 래쉬가드 세척용으로 쓰는 일부 투숙객이 있는데도 스탭 누구도 제지하지 않는 점입니다. 엄격하게 상황을 통제하는 매니저가 있다면 더욱 많은 투숙객에게 사랑 받는 리조트가 되지 않을까 생각합니다."
