"i come to nyc a few times a year and am always trying new hotels. Moxy was fine. The staff is very helpful and friendly, checkin ran smooth and on time. Rooms lacks much sound proofing as you hear anyone in the hall walking by, we were on the 7th floor and any events at webster hall you could hear well and often the street noise was loud and went all night. One of the rooms AC was broken most of the trip and not repaired during our week stay despite multiple request to have it checked. there is also a daily 40$ fee we had to pay per room which isnā€™t reflected in the booking but you are informed of at check in, if youā€™re staying more than 4-6 nights this adds up considerably"
