I enjoyed my 1 week stay in Ibrais Hostal. Cons: - Central- Close to a lot of mini marts and restaurants, only 5mins walking distance to get food. - Affordable: can't beat the price for the area. - Safety: I didn't know what to expect in Panama but i was pleasantly surprised with how safe the city actually is. I saw many a people walking around even late at night without a care in the world. Cons: - The con of the hostal was that in my room the area to hang your clothes could be a bit more clean, it had a lot of marks on the walls, i think they could take the time to paint it over and the room itself use some ceramic tiles as they have the older style tiles. Overall it was an enjoyable experience; you can't really beat the price for how central and safe the area is, expect to speak Spanish though because only one member of staff seemed to know much English.
