"The place looks nice, but the arrival is terrible — the road has no lighting and is poorly maintained, although the staff is friendly. When I went to rest, I found hair on the bed and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, along with another one crawling on the walls. They moved me to another room that was apparently meant for workers, but it had mold and cobwebs behind the bed, as shown in the photos. They hang bananas in the kitchen to attract birds, but all they bring are flies. The path to the waterfall is terrible — there are absolutely no safety measures. I only stayed two of the three nights I had booked. I preferred to leave that place."

"Pros: Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Close to Panaca, huge room, beautiful nature around. The best of thiss place is Sandra (the host) who is extremely kind, helpful and cooks a delicious breakfast. Cons: Limited offer and schedule in the restaurant. No bar in the room. Breakfast is not varied at all. This is a house with many rooms, so you have to share it with others. "
