The place in general is kept in good condition. The staff is very attentive and nice; the buffet breakfast has a good variety and the good at the restaurant is good and the price are very affordable. We had a great time and we really recomend the place.

The hotel Campestre Montecarlo is a great place to relax an enjoy the amenities. We took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel has a short trail were you can do some bird watching. Staff is friendly an helpful.

I do not recommend this hotel, the breakfast is terrible, the entire breakfast area remains dirty, they do not put enough food, I tried to tell the person in charge and she was rude. The location is good and the cleanliness. There is a lot of lack of customer service both at the front desk and in the managers.

The property was clean but the staff was not friendly and the food was terrible!! We ate there once and disliked everything we ordered and it was super slow to serve even tho we were the only once there, as for kids my son had fun they had a trampoline and pool table and ping pong table so kid friendly, we lost power one night and there was no back up generator I guess it’s expected in these areas

The hotel's location was incredible—a secluded area surrounded by beautiful nature, with amazing birds that wake you up in the morning, making the experience truly unique. The food and facilities were decent—not modern, but fitting perfectly with the atmosphere and charm of the region. The staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, it seems like the hotel tries to cut costs on washing the bedsheets. When I arrived in my room, I found a few hairs on the sheets that clearly weren’t ours. I had booked two rooms, and for one of them, we requested a bedsheet change. While the staff did replace them, their attitude was not in line with the hotel’s standard. Over the following days, the bedsheets were not changed at all. I understand the eco-friendly approach, but cleanliness is essential—especially when the hotel is not cheap.

great combination of authentic campestre stay with a finca feel, but with spacious and modern rooms, including AC. The staff and service were extremely kind, with a special callout for Octavio who helps with everything afterhours.

We stayed here three nights. The staff is amazing. They have the restaurant on site with typical Colombian food, which was very good. This is a very tranquil hotel. Everything has been remodeled and is nice and clean. You are very close to the coffee park and many other attractions. We can’t wait to come back.
