"Aloha, We were greeted by Peggy at our check-in. We did arrive before check-in and Peggy was able to accommodate us. She was kind, helpful and accommodating. Our room, #17, had a perfect view of Mt. Arenal. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows with a mosquito net which we didn’t need during our stay. The room was equipped with WiFi, a small refrigerator, AC, ceiling fan and a tv. "The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast and pool was great, the rooms were nice. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add seating to the rooms. I am an early riser, and it would have been nice to have a place to sit and read or drink coffee waiting for the rest of the group to get up!"
