"Very clean! This is a well maintained and managed hotel, the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the pool. Also it was convenient to have a breakfast buffet each morning! We stayed for a week and we were happy! One thing I didn't like was the room safe being on the floor, I couldn't use it because of that!"

The hotel is what I expected it to be. I love the room’s layout, huge fridge & its well-equipped kitchen. And most of all, it’s dog-friendly. I am definitely coming back very soon."

"They cancelled my reservation without any notice, and the staff were very rude—they told me it wasn't their problem. After driving for 16 hours, I had to scramble to find a place to stay at midnight so my family and I could get some rest; it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had"

Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."
