Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Even in the August heat, the pools, drinks bars and air conditioned building made this a really enjoyable stay. They were also great on our last day as they allowed us to carry on using the facilities for the day as we had a late flight. Staff were kind and courteous. Some of the buffet offerings became a little repetitive, but overall good options of food."
