The hotel is great,the rooms are big and clean. Perfect location by walking. The staff are always available for what you need. The only négative is the (night club)annexe to the hotel,the music is to loud till 1h. in the morning. The hôtel and the night club dose not match.

Jamal fena is more than 35 minutes walk from Hôtel apartment . No light bulbs in the room. Did not have sufficient beds to cover our stay despite knowing number of guests and paid in full. Not good for family stay…

When I arrived for check in, to my surprise the staff at the reception could not find my booking. Allthough i have confirmation from the website. The receptionist talked to her manager on the phone, finally they found my booking, but they did not actually reserve the room i booked. And the hotel was fully booked. I asked for what happened, the receptionist talked to her manager, and she came up with a bunch of unbelievable excuses. They tried to blame "the system" and "the website", when it was clearly their fault. I asked to talk to the manager myself, becasue the reasoning made absolutely no sense. The receptionist shamelessly said the manager is busy and can't talk to me. They did not offer to help, they did not try find an alternative, i did not even get an apology. These people are not trustworthy, not serious. I do not recommend booking this so called hotel.

Per il prezzo pagato èdifficile trovare meglio, per chi soggiorna più di una notte un servizio di lavanderia/ lavatrice sarebbe un'ottima cosa, per il resto non potrei lamentarsi.

Het is een gemoedelijk familiehotel, de appartementen zijn simpel ingericht, maar prima om een week te verblijven. Ik reisde met een vriendin en wij vonden het heerlijk , een aparte slaapkamer. Een woonkamer waar je even lekker kon zitten na een hectische dag. Het is geen luxe appartement , gewoon een appartement naar Marokkaanse maatstaven, maar wil je niet veel betalen voor verblijf een prima accomodatie. Gerund door een familie die altijd klaar stonden voor ons.
