"Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me."

"Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). "The place is beautiful with clean rooms and great staff. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The Riad is walking distance from a lot of important places like El Badi Palace, Saadian tombs, etc. We had a great time at the place."

"Lo que más me gustó fue el edificio en si. La decoración muy cuidada y la zona de piscina muy agradable. La ubicación del Riad , fenomenal, en la Medina.A muy poca distancia de la plaza de Marrakech. La habitación, deja mucho que desear. El armario y las mesillas ridículos, pequeñísimos. Lo peor fue el baño ,sin secador de pelo ni una simple banqueta y no había ni un enchufe."

"The staff is very helpful , location is perfect and also the ac works fine, bathroom Needs a lot of TLC, however water pressure is fine hot and cold water, bk is not international , is limited but I am not a bk person. Suggestion Always pay the hotel Transfer because they will help you with the bags, due to taxis are not allowed inside the Medina. If you book your own taxi you ll have to take your own bags into the riad and believe me, it will be a nightmare. Transfer for us was 15 euros, ...

"Hotel was good, very nice and friendly staff but given a room, at the R hallway, had recent water damage, hallway carpet was wet. Room’s lower part of walls, close to the floor were wet sec to water damage. We stayed three nights, wifi did not work at all. "

"The Riad is excellent. A quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed for a week and regularly walked into the souks from the accommodation. The breakfasts were very nice with bread and pancake type options as well as the soup, lentils and yoghurt. Eggs were made to order. The plentiful mint tea was great.
