"Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
When we arrived, we found that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Despite several calls to the front desk and multiple repair attempts, nothing was fixed. We were forced to spend the entire first night without air conditioning while the temperature was above 30°C. The next day, we were moved to another room, which meant packing and unpacking all of our luggage again.
The worst part happened at check-out. Although...

"Point positif : taille humaine, personnel souriant et courtois, musique discrète, propreté, piscine superbe, cuisine et spécialités marocaines délicieuses (succulents!) hygiène irréprochable, personnel très discret notamment autour de la piscine, je ne parle meme pas du hammam....la dame qui le fait est douee, merci!
