"Nice people at motel "

"Property was run down. Toilet seat and base wobbled. Toilet tank ran out of water and would not flush. Card to open the door had to be reprogrammed twice. The bathroom sink clogged up and would take a long time to clear. No coffee pot. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were worn down"

"Well, it's a Super 8, so I didn't expect much more than a clean room. Long story short, that didn't happen. People had obviously been smoking in that room a lot. It smelled horrible with cigarette burns on the floor, bathtub, and toilet seat. The carpet and walls looked like a murder scene right out of an episode of CSI. "There’s so many things wrong. But the highlight was waking up with a roach beside me. I paid for 3 night and didn’t stay that long and couldn’t get a refund either. No one should be forced to pay for a room like that. "
