Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. "2/5 rating. I stay at hotels year round. The room was very dirty. The towels had multiple hairs. Multiple surfaces weren’t wiped down. Fresh looking stains on bedding and floor not priorly cleaned, etc etc. Even the main bathroom light switch plate was dirty. Do NOT recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were decently clean. The pillows and covers were pretty soft. The hallways though, on every floor were dirty and not maintained at all. I did not feel safe walking through the hallways either. No sign of staff."

"Clean room, kind staff, well stocked kitchenette (dishes) and an ice maker in the freezer and a full sized kitchen table! The only thing I saw that was weird is that the cabinet under the kitchenette sink didn’t have a bottom and extra toilet paper and dish soap were stored on the floor underneath. It was a seamless check-in and check-out with a gas station close by and not far from some restaurant options. No pool or breakfast, which was my fault for not reading but I would definitely stay...

"Our room was awful because the bathtub was always clogged when we tried to shower and the dresser was already broken and wouldn’t close correctly and the thermostat was broken we couldn’t open it to adjust the temperature at all. We asked for a different room but staff said there were no other rooms even though I believe she just didn’t want to do the paperwork to switch us to a different room. The breakfast was just granola bars and coffee and water and what is the point of doing online early...

"Staff were helpful and friendly. Sylvester greeted us with a smile and was helpful in connecting us with a manager when we had an issue with the bed. Breakfast was always stocked and staff were keeping things clean and wiped up. I was really disappointed with my bed. The bed had a severe sag. I’m not particularly heavy. 185lbs but the bed seemed worn. I slept poorly the entire stay of 5 nights. The manager attempted to help with another room but the bed in that room appeared to have the same sag...
