"The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes. I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great "

"Everything about our stay was amazing. The location and easy access to all the sights. The clean and spacious room. It was really nice to have a washing machine and we small kitchen. The hosts, Luisa and Elisa were amazing and had amazing communication pre-arrival and during our stay. We would definitely stay again."

"Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. "

"La struttura è nuova e nel complesso è andato tutto bene. Gli ambienti sono curati e accoglienti.La pulizia ok ma non in tutti gli spazi. Un piccolo suggerimento riguarda la posizione della televisione, che potrebbe essere resa più comoda . Sarebbe inoltre molto apprezzata la possibilità di avvicinarsi con l’auto per il carico e scarico delle valigie e un’agevolazione per il parcheggio, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi. Comunque il mio voto è molto positivo e ci tornerò sicuramente!"

"Todo excelente en la habitación. Solo 2 detalles que encontramos al llegar:. 1. Los huespedes anteriores dejaron basura en la cocina y no la recogieron al hacer la limpieza y 2. el agua de la regadera tenía problemas para irse por el desagüe. Todo lo demás excelente en limpieza, comodidad, amenities, ripa de cama y toallas, todo de calidad."

"Possui local para guardar as bagagens antes do check in e após o check out. Funcionárias da recepção muito solícitas. Acomodações muito boas, e o café da manhã variado, com muitas opções de frutas (difícil achar na Itália). Precisamos pegar o trem cedo, e sair do hotel antes do início do café da manhã, e nos permitiram fazer a refeição com os itens que já estavam disponíveis, enquanto a equipe montava o café da manhã. Super recomendo!"

"We stayed in Envira suite for 3 nights, as a couple with our 2.5 year old. They provided a cot which she slept so well in, despite my worries about if she would! They provided a fabulous selection of food for breakfast, which was totally unexpected. Granola, yoghurt, meat, cheese, pates, jams, honeys etc…crackers, rice cakes..and bottled water. This was all topped up with out daily cleaning, along with fresh towels. Robes and slippers were also provided, as were earplugs! It honestly was such...

"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....
