"Great location. Warm welcoming local staff who ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this 15 century beautifully restored former home. Central to Siena. Though located in a ZTL they guided us to enable us to drop my off baggage and no park in convenient parking. Surrounded by historical sites and great shopping and food (including yummy gelato) this is the perfect location for exploring old Siena. And the service was excellent."

"Very clean and spacious room in traditional elegant European style. Bed had quality linen with beautifully ironed pillow cases Pretty 180 degree view!! "This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable.
