"good location, very quiet room, comfortable bed. Pleasant enough staff. Enough staff 24 hours to feel safe. The neighbourhood felt safe. No breakfast onsite. Fridge in my room didnt work and the engineer staff were not available. The front desk person did offer me to use the fridge in the reception. i didnt use the pool but i did see someone else using it and i could see the heat coming off it! Quite a few empty or buildings in the area made it feel less busy than i was expecting. Union square is a community space with different events happening in the weekend or evenings. "

"Parking onsite. Very walkable and near one of the Big Bus Tour stops. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping. "

"The best part of this hotel is the location and the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean, but we were put across the way in a building that I don't think has been remodeled. The ceilings were popcorn style and some general wear and tear was noticeable. But the location was excellent. We could get to anywhere in fisherman's wharf within a 10 minute walk. We did not spend much time in the room so the overall condition did not bother us too much. The breakfast buffet in the morning was nice, but it was the same food every day so if you're staying for an awhile, just keep in mind that it's going to be the same options daily. "

"This was a one night stay, the hotel was perfect! Within walking distance to all the things we wanted to do. Parking was super easy. Hotel had great amenities, coffee bar, restaurant, in room fridge. Was very pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed the stay! Would stay again! "

"Staff was great. Courtyard is charming. But bed and sheets should have been retired a while ago, and you're really not getting all that much for the money aside from great service. Too expensive for what it is...I'll return when they buy a new bed."

"Super convenient in the city. Parking was a little tight for a suv but very nice to have for a family. Breakfast was a little minimal but did the job. Staff was super nice and helpful especially house keeping, they did an amazing job for us especially with a family of 6 and 4 kids. "

"Parking was available and a plus. The room was clean but very basic. Nothing to write home about. We stayed on the 1st floor ground level. The hot water for the shower did not seem to work. For a quick overnight is was ok. I would definitely try a different place next time."
